In 2020 a ‘How to Committee’ drive was added to the existing documentation about committees. The How to Committee drive serves as an addition to the committee document. The difference is that the committee document is used in the first meeting to briefly explain what a committee is and from there divide the functions within a committee. The How to Committee drive serves as an elaborate explanation on each function how to act as a committee member and what rules apply. Additionally, this drive consists of templates, tutorials and links to all important documents a committee member might need.

The structure of the ‘How to Committee’ drive is as follows:
