Privacy Policy Study Association Industrial Design Lucid

Privacy policy of Study Association Industrial Design Lucid (hereafter: Lucid).

Lucid respects your privacy and processes your personal data since you are using our services and/or because you have provided the data or because you permitted us to request the data from the University of Technology Eindhoven. A complete overview of the personal data can be found below:

  • First and last name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Bank account number
  • Student number
  • Financial transactions within the association
  • Other data you provide by for example phone contact or conversation

All personal data is only accessible for the relevant person. An exception to this is the sitting Board of the association. The Board has full access to personal data. Besides the Board, Committees of Lucid will have access to the provided information relevant for the activity.

The Board of Lucid will use this data for the following:

  • Communication with members
  • Sending information about products and services from the association (e.g., yearly fee)
  • Keeping an overview of all sent information
  • When agreed upon: Automatically gathering the yearly membership fee

Sharing with third parties

Lucid will only provide third parties with data when this is needed for the agreement with you or to oblige to the Dutch Law.

Overview, adjustment and removal of data

You have the right to view, alter and remove the data stored. If this is the case, please contact the sitting Board.

Lucid takes the privacy of data incredibly serious and takes the appropriate measures to prevent and fight misuse, loss, unauthorized access, publication and unauthorized adjustments of your data.
