The first company to team up with the MAC this year is Afdeling Buitengewone Zaken!

Social design agency Afdeling Buitengewone Zaken clarifies complex social issues and sets people in motion. They examine the behavior of new and existing target groups. And convert their findings into imaginative prototypes that explore possible futures. In this way they give complex challenges a new perspective and turn organizations into permanent frontrunners that can innovate independently and in a targeted manner.

So what will the MAC do together with Afdeling Buitengewone Zaken? We will do a pressure cooker and a network drink afterwards!

During this brainstorm we will, from our own perspective, come up with concepts to support charities in an alternative way.

Because, if we all do our part, we can make the world a lot more beautiful and equal.  However, in practice that is a different story.  On the street, door to door, and through social media we come into contact with organizations that ask for money for charity.  We are addressed on our emotions through campaigns, often harrowing stories and photos.  But not every young person quickly feels called to give money to all these organizations.

And yet we have the feeling that a lot of people would like to contribute intrinsically to a better world.  The feeling of building something together, and making the world a better place for everyone.  How can we serve that feeling, without it turning into a campaign where you basically only give money?
