Most beginning producers learn to make music by making simple beats.  Making beats can be a whole career in itself (and a lucrative one at that). For the inexperienced producer, however, even a simple beat can seem a bit abstract. Therefore, starting to make original beats can be more intimidating than it needs to be. That's why we're offering a two-part workshop. The first event will take place on May 27 and will be taught by Armin Habibija. The first workshop will explain how a beat is made from step 1. We will discuss how beats are put together and how to get started making beats. We will cover the essentials of a standard beat, listening techniques, exercises to develop your skills, and different tools to use while learning. Curious? Join our event on the 27th of may!!!
