The amount of international employees in Dutch offices is growing, resulting in fewer people on the work floor speaking Dutch. Therefore, LearnwithLocals (an online platform) was developed which employees can use to learn Dutch by talking to Dutch locals. The Dutch locals do not receive much support in their function. What would you design to help locals become comfortable with being local teachers? Would it be a product, or are you thinking of a service?
